Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Our products ship from Canada. Please allow additional time for international transit and customs clearance:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Other international destinations: 14–21 business days
Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high order volumes.
Customs & Duties Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Delilah Rose Boutique has no control over customs delays or fees.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
